I loved this place on all accounts. I stayed one day in the dorms and two days in a private room. For the basics, it's very clean, attractive, affordable, lively without feeling like a frat house, and centrally located without being in the thick of the craziest part of town. For the extras, you cannot do better. The super helpful and friendly staff are great (and patient). There's a onsite tour director to help you get the most out of your time not just at the temples, but Siem Reap in general, plus travel arrangements to your next destination. When you can't face the town, the in-house pool, billiards, bar/restaurant, yoga room, and cinema are there for you. And they have awesome music on the jukebox. They will even arrange massages for you (important after your day's adventures). This would all be great, but they also provide ethical working conditions for their staff and drivers with better than average wages and benefits. You cannot go wrong here!
