I stayed in this hotel 4 years ago and absolutely nothing has changed, even the bed covers are exactly the same.
The staff is very professional and friendly.
The ac in the rooms have been upgraded so there is no motor boat making noise when I go to sleep.
Would definitely ask for an ocean view room because it really is the best feature this hotel has to offer compared to other boutique hotels in the city.
The elevators constantly have problems and it is very frustrating.
The wifi works ok during the day but at nights when the hotel is full it is extremely slow.
A big hug to Tito who is a great reception manager!

Hotel well locate, service was exceptional.
Front desk could not be more friendly going beyond they job to provide support to client. (No many places you find that service)
Well done, recommended to anyone.
Only one negative was lift keep failing and was a bit unconformable when you are on top floor, however the view from the room was exceptional.

Refrigerator did not work when I arrived and the front desk told me that it would be the next day before someone could replace it...even though it was a small one; housekeeping took the initiative and replace it with one from another room.

Had to ask the front desk to retrieve a tray of food that sat outside one of the rooms on my floor an entire day...excuse was "that was the restaurant staff"; interestingly, I guess housekeeping doesn't feel the need to advise room service that a tray needs to be removed in order to keep rats and bugs away. Also revealed that management does not check the public areas during the day.

Checked out of the hotel early, after 25 hours without hot water. Front desk kept telling everyone "one more hour" or even "30 minutos, maximo!"...even after they found out that the repair company did not have the part and would have to order it. They were still telling new arrivals this 25 hours after discovering that they did not have hot water...but, only after they checked in and later attempted to shower.

"Fitness Center" consisted of one partially broken elliptical, one treadmill, and a small bar and Wal-Mart exercise bench. old, in-room air conditioning was so loud in the room of my co-worker that he could not sleep well.

Not much in the Arica area, but I would avoid this one if I could.

Recent building, at the beach, good pool. Poor restaurant and very poor breakfast. The hotel is far from Arica´s center and with only one option for food nearby (at an italian restaurant some 10 min. walk from the hotel by the beachwalk: Di Mango). You'll need a taxi to go to the city. Taxis are somewhat cheap in Arica (try the shared rides - even cheaper). There is nothing around the hotel. Make your reservation in the search sites (like booking.com) where you will get a better deal than the walk-in fare.

I didn't know what to expect from this hotel when I first heard of it and it was better than I thought.

Is a large, comfortable and up to date in its facilities.

The restaurant is somewhat small but food is good.

Rooms as well as the hotel are large, beds comfortable and I had a very nice ocean view. Everything was clean and had a good night sleep.

It is far from downtown so there is not much to do around other than walk on the beach or the streets but it is the closest to the airport.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler expecting a mid price range hotel.
