Description: (Close from May to September 2017 for low season) Aldea Restaurant looks to develop the concept of eating good. Start from the idea of enjoying every moment of the ritual of eating. Mixing local products with flavors of the Mediterranean, trying to keep each product in its original condition, using products of their own garden, trying to make that delicious it is also healthy. The chef interacts with visitors to create the perfect blend of each dish and a good wine. Slow Food.

The food in the Aldea is really good, we are gourmets and we know what we talk about. Typical local meals and meals inspired by European kitchen, also seasonal dishes, everything prepared carefully in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the interiour is nice. The Aldea is a small and beautiful restaurant. Small and good choise of wine and beer.

Really good restaurant with great menu.
Had lamb on bone and it was beautifully cooked. Bottle of Carmenere at reasonable price was excellent.
Little amuse bouche of espresso martini sorbet was welcome surprise.
Open from 7 but not every night so check but if open can strongly recommend.
And if an issue, the staff speak perfect English.

We started with the grilled pulpo, followed by the lamb cuadril and marron.
All was excellent and prices OK for what you get.
10% service are added to the bill, credit cards accepted.

Loved this restaurant for my only evening in Puerto Natales. The owner of Hostal Coloane had recommended it as his favorite restaurant. My friends and I ate the Guanaco TarTar, hare, and the lamb. All were absolutely amazing! They source all of their food locally too!

Really loved this place. My favorite was the guanaco tartar which was SO good. Also, great quality wines by the glass and other meats. Basically everything was delicious and quality service but nice level of casual.
