The Langham Hotel in Hefei is an exceptional experience. The whole staff is very friendly and is doing a great Job in making your stay as comfortable as possible. The Hotel itself offers several Bars, Lounges and Restaurants. Even a Spa and a Gym is offered here. Overall a remarkeble experience.

The Langham is a new, modern hotel and its location is convenient and walking distance to a shopping mall and restaurants.
Check-in was quick and efficient.

Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious and the bathroom is very well designed.
There are foreign cable tv channels and also very smooth wifi in the rooms. Due to the tight schedule, I did not have the time to visit the pool or gym.

Buffet breakfast consists of many local and western dishes such as noodles, dimsum, pastries, bacon and eggs. My favourites were the noodles and the fruit juices. However, I found the egg station on most mornings to be unmanned.

Generally, the staff were helpful and efficient but there exists a language barrier especially the breakfast cafe staff, housekeeping and bellboys. The front desk, however, were efficient and were bilingual.

Overall we had a comfortable stay at a modern hotel with good service.
The daily room rates were very good too and we will consider Langham again should we return to Hefei.
