Good place for long stay traveller including business trip. Located near by Shenzhen down town. Easy to find a taxi. 5 minutes from the subway station near by. Friendly staffs. Japanese tv programs are available (NHK int'l , TBS , Fuji TV).

I was impressed with the service starting from the day I did the booking, I had to get the booking confirmation in few minutes as it was needed for my visa application and i had a tight schedule. I sent an email to the hotel manager Cimmy Chen and the response and confirmation was like in a giffy. And later I had to request cimmy for the basic kitchette and other stuffs as i was planning to cook for myself most of the time. Before even I got into my room everything was set as requested. Cheers and Kudos to Cimmy. Its a great hotel i would rather say its a serviced apartment with the facilities of a hotel. Breakfast is okay - not so great for visitors, not sure because its more localised the native people of china may like it. The reception staff can manage talking in English, however the other staff find it difficult to communicate in english, but I think it is not a a big issue for me until now. Overall its a very good business hotel and my experience is been very good until now. The location is very convenient lot of restaurants markets and very close to the xiangmihu sub way...so its pretty much wat i wanted.

Cheers
Chandru

Room Tip: I think except for two floors all the rooms are smoking rooms, but still it doesnt smell or anything as such so its okay to bei not specific to ask for a non-smoking room if you dont smoke. if you would like to cook yourself just tell them what utensils you need they can arrange most of the basic ones. The hotel is located in a very good place not much noisy so need not worry about the position of the rooms.

We have lived there for a week with my collegues and it was quite nice. The service was great and staff was very helpfull and they spoke quite a good english.
The kitchen/washing machine/AC/TV are very usefull, specially when you stay for a longer time.
Only breakfasts were not good at all, for 50¥ a breakfast in the residence you can have a freshly baked muffin and a grande cappucino in the Starbucks caffee just around the corner.
Some rooms tho', have the breakfast included and for 15% service tax you can have it delivered to your room.
Internet is not as fast as you would want it, but still ok.
Gym upstairs is well equiped and pool on the rooftop (33rd floor) is a nice way to relax at the end of the day, but you need to contact the reception day ahead to prepare it for you.

The location of this hotel is great! close to the urban, with quiet street, and greate view. I've a wonderful sleep.
Choose a 2 bed rooms suite for 2 families check in, so that the chiildren could play together.
Yet the bathroom is too small for adult shower with child.
And one bed is 1.8m while the other bed is 1.5m.
The mattess are hard enough for children, yet maybe some ppl might thought it's too hard.
The buffet breakfast do not have too much choice. But there is one big children play room close to canteen, children play well there.
Up to the top there is a also a big gymnasium, with great view to the city. Yet it will be very hot when cooling is not on.

Room Tip: Just pick the higher one.

I do not recommend this Residency/Hotel for long term stays.
Although the staff are friendly, it feels like living in a prison.
If you bring any friends or business associates the staff will force them to present their I.D.'s
even when accompanied by the tenant. No privacy what so ever.
Also the internet service is exceeding slow which contradicts it's intentions as a residency for
business expats and professionals.
The price is also excessive (about 15000rmb per month). You can rent the same accomadion for half that and have your privacy and proper services.
Not recommended for long term residency.

Room Tip: The higher floors have heating, the lower floors do not.
