I arrived here around 520PM, Jan.1, 2013, after check in, my gf did not like the room at all, even that room was executive room, so we demanded check out with full refund, but they can only gave us half.

Front desk was not polite, they assumed we must use something in the room, so they sent somebody to check the room, and it took for a while.

There is not basement parking garage, it took for a long time to park, I parked the car from 520PM, Jan. 1, to 9pm next day, they charged us 60CNY(even it decucted for a 24 hours period), pricy parking fee.

And this is 2nd rating in the whole Zhuhai, you should look at the list, no Intercontinental, Holiday Inn, Ritz Carlton, Kempinski, Sofitel, Starwoods brand in Zhuhai, Zhuhai can't compare with Guangzhou and Shenzhen hotels. In fact, if you want to travel to macau, stay in Macau, not Zhuhai.

You will not missed this hotel as it looks very similar to the Wynn Macao. If you are looking to pamper yourself in Zhu hai with a good stay, this is the place. The first impression is great from the building, lobby, background music, smell and etc. You will not missed the look and feel of a 5 star hotel structure. This hotel is also connected to the Gong bei mall besides the newer L hotel. If money is not a problem, I would suggest to go for Charming for a complete hotel amenities. They have a nice restaurant, good spread of buffet, famous dim sum restaurant and many more. The only big short fall is the service standard or the intangible aspect which is obviously missing for a 5 star standard. I continue to find this most of the greatest challenge in Zhu hai standard despite of the government to uplift the image of Zhu hai standard. If you are not fussy about this matter, you may consider this hotel to enjoy the tangible aspect of a 5 star hotel. Perhaps, it is still acceptable for Zhu hai standard therefore it's believe to be the best in Zhu hai.

This hotel is situated near the Gongbei Port which can leads you to travel to Macau by foot. It can be travel via the basement shopping centre or walking along the street level. The hotel have very good security system in which only hotel guests can access the lift with the card access system. This meant that others cannot use the lift to head up to the room. Do beware of others that enter the lift & awating for you to tap the card. Toilet only meant for hotel guest with the card access system.

Great view from the hotel which can see Macau & the South China sea. The hotel room have free PC & also wifi available. Connection speed is generally good both using the desktop & handphone devices.The hotel is near to nearby eateries & shopping within short distance of reach.
