It is pretty new, with good facility but pretty cold in term of services. More staff training for good customer service needed in this hotel
Firstly: The hotel male service staff supposed to help to activate my room elect card, the card did not work when we first went into the room with big luggage, he wanted the guests me and my wife to go down to the reception to exchange for it at the first instance, only with my insistence, he reluctantly went down to do the exchange.
Secondly: The female room service staff that came to help out also cold without smile, just stood around doing not much.

For facility and hardware, as it is new, it scored 5 from me, but service quality is far off, only 2 is score for them. Average up to 3 only.

We got a huge suite and it was amazing. The staff is really nice and patient with our language barrier. The breakfast was great. They even had dragon fruit. The hotel is new, and some things don't seem to be implemented yet, such as 24 hr shuttle. If you have an early flight, you need to arrange a ride by some other means. No taxi available at 4am either.

Was there on business trip. Very nice accommodation, good breakfast, nice personnel, large rooms. Fast check in and out. Music in the lobby at night. Will be quieter when construction stop outside in few months.
