Pretty good spacious rooms, nice bathrooms. Service at the lobby is good.
But the breakfast is a huge disappointment, not a good selection, food wise and the live station chefs are rude and unhelpful. There were stains in my drinking glasses.

This hotel is handily placed for bars, restaurants and tourist attractions in the delightful city of Dalian. English is well spoken throughout the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The buffet breakfast offers an impressive choice of Asian and western dishes. My room was well furnished with a large flat screen TV, work desk and a nicely fitted bathroom. Access to and from Dalian airport was easy, although roadworks did cause some minor delays when I departed. In-house restaurants offer French, Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisine.

Everything were quite good in this hotel especially the breakfast. Room wise then design look a bit old, cleanliness fair but drawback were the air con and wifi. The air con control didn't seem to work room temp is at 28 Celsius but I don't bother calling them to check and wifi is very weak and basically not usable, lucky dat I have my own roaming data..

I stayed at the FURAMA Hotel in Dalian since I first visited the city in 1997. The overall impression of the hotel is still great, but some details need attention, i.e 'dirty' carpet with spots and some loose parts at some door handles! Service is still very friendly.
Just to clarify ...the airport transfer is arranged but NOT free of charge.

Room Tip: Views to the sea side are nicer than the city view. West Wing - better than the East Wing ... but also the more expensive one.

Stayed for just one night at this hotel. The room had an old worn out feel. The wifi was extremely weak and speed was slow so i tried the lan and it just didnt connect. Called a couple of time to complain but there was no improvement.

The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

Since this was my first trip to China i was worried about language and my friends who have been to China had many stories about their difficulties especially at hotels in bigger cities like Beijing and Shanghai. In that context i was pleasantly surprised to hear the staff speak reasonable good English.

Have stayed at better hotels in other places for a similar pricing.
