We spent a week at this hotel and had the best experience! From the moment we arrived, excellent customer service. Everyone was attentive to our needs, from the concierge, to the restaurant personal to the gym instructor. Everyone!!!!
Breakfast was delicious, and the rooms and view were outstanding!
The location of the hotel is very good too, close to restaurants and shopping malls. Will definitely stay here again!

I consider there is no other place to have the greatest time of all times on Vacation rather than the Hotel San Fernando at Medellin Colombia. The hotel is super nice , the installation , décor, ambiance makes the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a peaceful and upscale vacation. Everything is really well organized and oriented to satisfy all your needs. This hotel is not an all-inclusive, nevertheless , it worth every penny you may spend for the food and drinks .They exceed your expectations in every detail and everything well prepared and tasty. Their sleeping quality is one of the best that I have experience so far, I honestly had a very hard time waking up!!!. All this are certainly things that make this hotel attractive but what will honestly blow your mind away is the personnel. I have travelled a lot and really know very well the service industry so it is really difficult to surprise me at this point of my life but the way they make you feel at home, run the extra mile and go above and beyond to basically spoil you, just took my breath away!!! My greatest compliments to the hotel administration for the hotel organization and services but even more for the great staffing they have, they are a great asset to the company and hope the management honored every unexpected detail they make to satisfy the clients. Thank you Hotel san Fernando management and staff for making my days in Medellin the best ones ever!!

This will be surely my number one place in my next trip to Medellin
