Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and airconditioning works smooth.
Location is perfect, lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood, also 2 malls nearby. Most tours meet or pick you up nearby.

This was a wonderful hotel and I fully enjoyed my stay. I had the Jacuzzi suite (601). The room was spacious and well decorated. The Jacuzzi was an excellent amenity. The breakfast was quite good as well. The best thing about my experience in the Hotel Du Parc were the staff. Everyone there was attentive and helpful. They made me feel special and welcomed. Upon my arrival, the owner/manger gave me a personal greeting, complete with an aguradiente toast. His presence and oversight was constant during my stay and he never hesitated to ask if I was comfortable. The front desk, wait staff and housekeeping were always professional, courteous and helpful. The location is tops! You are in the heart of the party district with convenient access to many sites and attractions. I can highly recommend this hotel and I know that I will return for my next visit to Medellin. Five stars!

although the rooms where big nice and well appointed, the service was condescending and patronizing. the worst part is if you bring a guest they need to bring ID, Immigration card, birth certificate, elementry school report card and 3 more forms of id.. the dumbest and most disrespectful front desk clercks. nice pictures and rooms is one thing being treated like they treated me and my guest is another. i will never recommend or go to this hotel ever agian. i feel bad for claudio the owner because i dont think he realizes that the guest policy is too restrictive and serves no purpose other than to charge the guest more money.

Hotel Du Parc is an elegant boutique hotel located on a quiet street…one block from a very lively area. It is not the quietest hotel but for me, I likes being so close to the action as a tourist with limited time in the city. Our room was large and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. And our kids loved the complimentary morning breakfast in the hotel’s open air restaurant

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights based on the great reviews. What's the main purpose for a hotel? SLEEP!!! Our king bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood it was so hard. When we complained, they replaced the mattress with another one just like it. They said 3 months ago they replaced all their mattress' in the hotel and that's all they had. Apparently, the person that bought the mattress didn't lay on them. So, all mattress' in the hotel are very hard.
Additionally, the hotel has a lot of activity around it and the street noise goes right through the windows. Many motorcycles passing by.
On a positive note, the hotel is very centrally located to the most amazing bar and restaraunt area we have ever seen. For that, I don't give it 1-star.
