We were booking in here as a group travelling Colombia, as a three star hotel you don't expect much, but the no water pressure on the third floor? it took half an hour to fill a glass, the shower had no shower head, just the pipe out of the wall. Water was presumed to come at some point. We took a late night shower out at the swimming pool outdoor shower, It worked. Rooms were comfortable and large. The Aircon worked well, only one key per room, if your room mate came in and passed out, I had to raise reception to come and let me in. Some parts of the Dinning area looked like it hadn't been use for many months, dirty dusty furniture.

Room Tip: Nothing above 1st floor.

Horrible hotel! Shower not working at all and reception was not even able to give an alternativ! How can you do that in a place with so hot weathet were people just want to shower! Breakfast full of dust and noone speaks one word in english, they don't even try to! Everythig would highly need to be renovated. Urgently.

I thought this hotel was much better than the reviews suggest. The location is fantastic, close to so many restaurants and markets and opposite the sea where you can rent a deck chair for 5-10,000COP. The rooms are spacious and the AC is excellent. The only downside is the dribble of water out of the tap and the shower so maybe check that as soon as you arrive to see if you can get a room with a better water flow.

A hotel that celebrates its 90th birthday, the service is courteous, but the reception is not bilingual enough, obsessing about entering the data on the computer instead of the customer queries that compared to breakfast the server's very jovial and Perfectly bilingual, one thing that could be improve. The room with air conditioning is minimalist with 2 outlets for recharging, it is quite spacious, but only one chair is missing. The bathroom is from another age, no hot water, without a shelf, no hook and no plug. Is the roll of toilet paper designed for a dwarf? The breakfasts are great with enough choice to satisfy us. Considering the sea view a good value for money.

Room Tip: Do not make your laundry there to expensive, chose a room not in front it to noisy

The hotel is ok to spend the night there. Do not expect something spectacular, but for the money paid, it's good enough. It's close to many nice restaurants, just in the back square. Also, it is just in front of the Caribbean Sea, you can see nice sunsets.
