The specialty here is the cuisine of the Pacific coast of Colombia. Margarita Estupiñan, a well know chef in Santa Marta, brings to the Caribbean the best recipes form her homeland, Tumaco, Nariño. The base of some of some of her best dishes is coconut milk. I recommend the salmon ceviche, the robalo cooked wraped in plantain leaf, the Casa Marina cazuela, the camarones, and all the desserts. We also had a good Chilean rose which completed an excellent experience. The small house, near "Parque de los novios" in the old town, is a Colonial style jewel, with delightful decorative details.
