This bar and small restaurant in the Tropicana "Marketplace" has a special touch of Spanish flair produced by the Mediterranean hues, colorful table-wear, not-too-loud bouncy Latin background music and servers who carry on with a kind of easy-going, amused, seemingly unflappable rhythm.
Food is excellent. Salsa, chips, Mexican food, burritos etc. This time I tried the short stack of pancakes with powdered white sugar (syrup and butter of course), applewood smoked bacon and a fine Cappuccino. (was that a hint of vanilla in the pancakes?...great) The fruit side was a good touch and while they call the 2 pancakes a "short stack" it really was a lot of pancake for the money.
