The hotel was very disorganized. The girl running the front office was VERY VERY nice and accommodating, however the rooms and hotel felt basic and incomplete.
Our towels were starchy and there was a lack of services offered in detail to new comers.
For the massive price we paid for 2 rooms, I would have expected better results.
DO NOT get me wrong, it was a gorgeous view of the ocean, it was the disorganization of the owners who didn't implement the lady opportunities to succeed...such as a visa machine considering the island has no ATM's...
I ended up getting hunted down (not kidding) by police at the airport in Galapagos and again in Equador because their visa machine wasnt set up CONSIDER i booked my reservation via BOOKING.COM on my VISA KNOWING THAT ISLA ISABELLA DIDN"T HAVE CASH MACHINES...
It was really fun getting harassed by legitimate police and 'fake' cops (guys with muscles) in each airport ....so terrible offensive.
In the end, after much time wasted, I had to do an transfer into a knowing corrupt banking system in Equador.
What a poor way to end an amazing holiday....More
