It is considered to be the worst-ever . I checked in this Monday and since that I have been asking for a spare key and till now no respond .suppose to be GM but he never bother to reply. This is a kind of management and low standards of service staff .Take my advice and don't waste your money and your time staying in this hotel. It is a shame ;the only reply I get from the front staff even from the guest relation that this is the Egyptian way & I suppose to know Egyptian better this foreigner Guest officer.but at least one good point that the beach boys are working hard.

Just got back from 7 days at Palm Beach Resort, I will start off by saying quite a basic hotel , very clean and tidy , staff are all very friendly and helpful every time we had dinner we would be offered a drink from the all inclusive bar. (In fact by the end of the week the waiter would remember we had 2 beers :) ) and the best part was they didn't pressure you into giving them tips anywhere in the hotel except for the people who move your suitcases around into your room etc. And even so you can just say no thank you and carry your bag yourself. At every bar and in the restaurant there is a tip box if you want to leave any money for the staff which is great. People do come round offering massage, haircuts etc. But if you just say no thank you they do not hassle you too much and we never felt pressured into anything in fact because of the we ended up booking more things as we didnt feel obligated. The bar tenders are fantastic specially Hassin usually at the snack bar always singing and dancing they would always have a smile on their face and they do not skimp on the alcohol like most all inclusive hotels. Make sure you ask for ask for a cocktail they make great ones with any alcohol you choose. The beach is the best part of the hotel, very clean and never packed everyday there would be sun loungers free even when you go in the afternoon. One thing I would recommend is swimming on the left hand side of the jettee (there are 2 beaches separated) as the right hand side always seemed to have more jellyfish ( which are completely harmless) and sea rot washing up. The pools were clean and warm one pool is more for kids with slides etc. the rooms quite basic when we arrived we had booked booked a sea view room but our travel agent hadn't arranged it with the hotel so we got stuck in a dingy little room with 2 single beds no view and no balcony. But as I said it was no fault of the hotel and the next morning we were moved into a sea view room and upgraded to a king size bed. So I would recommend booking a sea/pool/garden view room! The food was actually quite nice (mostly stews, rice, beef, fish and occasionally western foods like Pizza and we even had fresh crabs one day) or you can gof for late lunch usually pasta burgers etc at the snack bar. But it does get repetitive and they do tend to reheat the same dishes for lunch and dinner but all in all good tasty food. The entertainment was good everyday a different show and a mini disco for kids. And every night there is a disco in the bar where they play music and have a dance floor. One downside for us was there were hardly any english people there all together us and one other couple, a lot of russians who were extremely rude, Germans and alot of Egyptians who were mostly friendly and welcoming. We had a few power cuts but it usually comes back after a few minutes, if you are lucky you might be able to leave your key fob in the room to keep A/C on while you are out of the room but our was welded onto the key. Overall we had a good holiday at Palm Beach would recommend for couples. And defiantely do the glass bottom boat excursion!! This was the highlight of our trip you get to go snorkelling and see AMAZING coral reefs and fish. Wouldn't recommend the massage my back was stiff for about 2 days! All in all good clean family friendly hotel. Would definately recommend.

Room tip: Sea/pool/garden view they are more spacious.

The hotel is good for money of staying,it takes their 4 stars, the room was cleaned when we checked in,the area of the hotel is nice with the palms around and a green is surrounding ,there is a waterpark on the territory, there is a good and funny animation team. The food is typical as in all the Egyptian hotels. My personal minus of the hotel is the situation happened there. Mu husband checked in the room by his name and he left earlier than checking out dates, and I stayed in the room, the reception stuff made a problem for us,as my husband didn't check out and he left and I took his room because the room was by his ID.This matter I didn't like as I saw my husband off and entered the hotel, they stopped me and the receptionist started to speak with me in a rude way because of this matter. Also, you can't go outside the hotel from any another side except reception. So basically that's the unpleasant moment which we had here and all of the rest is totally fine.If to come here for having a good rest and enjoy the Red Sea,I would recommend to stay in this place!
