My visit was on 30th of November and first of December.
It was Excellent except for the sooo cold pool.
I hope you could find a solution for this issue.
And we need more animation programs at night.
We also need to switch beIN sport channels according to important events of the day

Thank you very much that you have taken some of your precious time to post your review on TripAdvisor. We are always appreciating constructive criticism as we see a chance in it to improve our services in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our precious guests.

Also we regret that your comments did not reach us during your stay, when we might have made a difference to both our benefit.
Regarding you comment about cold pool I would like to highlight that we do have heated pools on our area. I am more than disappointed that we do not have opportunity to address your comment individually while you were still with us. During your next stay please contact with our GR or recreation team in order to advice you which pools are better during windy winter days.

Regarding your concern about poor entertainment please kindly be informed, that we have daily animation activities at the pool and at the beach as following: gymnastic, boccia, volleyball, water polo, darts, dance lesson and water gym, table tennis, step aerobics and different funny games. Every evening we have different shows, scheduled for 2 weeks. So the guests will find for example an Acrobatic show, African show, Oriental show, Fakir show, Surprise show, Rok n’ Roll show and Quiz show, to name just a few shows. Besides, we have every evening musical entertainment as for example live-singer or various musicians.
In the same time we would like to inform you, that we are a haven of sophisticated luxury where you can find peace and privacy.

In general, we invite all our guests with concerns or questions about their stay to direct them in the first instance to our multi-lingual Guest Service Centre Team. They will be pleased to do all they can, to personally ensure that your holiday experience is an unforgettable one, in every positive sense!

We hope that the positive memories of your holiday will dominate and that you might give us a second chance again in the future.

FELLOW READERS-PLEASE SEE THIS! Stayed here 3/3/2017 to 10/3/2017 and 15/11/2017 to 22/11/2017. (I paid an extra £400 for the same thing in November).

1. The main pool is cold, approx. 18 degrees.(it was the same both times).

2.The food. In March it was excellent. In November it was not nearly as good (especially the desserts).

3. Sometimes no hot water in bathroom!

In my opinion, it is now over-priced because of the above plus all the new security hassle (not allowed to take lap-tops, tablets etc. as cabin luggage on a five hour flight!) .

If you don't believe me (or don't want to believe me) please go right ahead and visit!

Room Tip: All good (very quiet, excellent air -con).

We would like to thank you for your open comment and criticism here in Tripadvisor. It sounds, that your stay with us did not meet your expectations and we are very sorry for that.

It is important to know that our main pool measures 5,000 cubic meters. Due to this size it is not possible to heat it in winter time.

We are sorry to hear, that our food this time did not meet your personal palate. We pay always special attention to the selection and preparation of our food in all restaurants. Our cuisine is characterized by fresh, local and selected products. Understandably, it is not always possible to satisfy all tastes alike. In case guests have difficulties to find dishes matching their palate, they can choose in lunch time between three restaurants. For dinner we have five a la carte restaurants and a buffet restaurant, which are included in our luxury all-inclusive program and allow us to offer a wide variety. Furthermore we have daily changing dinner buffet themes in a two weeks rotation in our main restaurant Tamarind with popular dishes from around the world. Our Executive Chef always does his best include the guests wishes in the offered meals. We would have highly appreciated receiving your detailed comments on how we could improve from your point of view in our food items and we regret that your comments did not reach us during your stay, when we might have made a difference to both our benefit.

Despite our constant efforts to provide the highest level of service and the constant satisfaction of our guests, unfortunately things sometimes go wrong. It seems that due to a technical problem that there was maybe no hot water in the bathroom. We would like to kindly apologize for the inconvenience.

In general, we invite all our guests with concerns or questions about their stay to direct them in the first instance to our multi-lingual Guest Service Centre Team. They will be pleased to do all they can, to personally ensure that your holiday experience is an unforgettable one, in every positive sense!

We also regret to read that you have been so disturbed by the security hassles. Unfortunately, this is not in our sphere of influence and it saddens us that this flows in such a negative way in your evaluation.

Been to Egypt several times first time here and so impressed. Best hotel to date and very sad to leave yesterday can't wait to return. The staff in the lobby bar always greeting you with a warm smile I thank them do much. The food is lovely and certainly plenty of choice every day it's hard not to eat too much. The beach is clean and helpful staff there too. The golf course is great with well kept greens. A huge thanks to all of the lovely staff, off to book another stay.

Well I must say this is one of few hotels in Egypt with high standards in all aspects (service, staff profession, administration, facilities, food and beverages).
Nice resort with gulf course , loaded with lots of facilities and services.
Highly recommended.

I was in hotel from 18-22 November
Every thing from first minute was perfect
Room clean, food amazing and much variety.you will find much things to eat always specially taste is perfect
You can do much sport running in track between gardens and lazy river is nice
Volleyball football basketball billiards and also ride bicycle... gym and people always sweet and smile and try help you
I really advise for all
Thank you steigenberger for best 4 night and I will repeat again, i tried much hotels before in hurghada but think this is best for me
