Having connectivity whilst travelling is essential; after 3 days of complaining the data connection repeatedly dropped out and won’t connect. I asked these charges to be removed from the bill but the manager doesn’t recognise this failing and refused to write his name so I could take it further with the senior management.
Whilst his action of management is poor and cowardly I will compliment the restaurant staff and general staff on the complex for being helpful throughout the stay.
My concern is if management treat customers this way how do they treat staff behind closed doors?
