Awesome place for a one day picnic. It is about 160 kms far from Amedabad.I had visited the place two times and everytime I wish to visit once again. That is the speciality of Polo forst. On the way to Polo there are so many small small natural and man made water falls and you can enjoy very much. Truely its a worth visiting place for a one day tour. For archeological lovers it is awesome place and they can study about old Jain temple which is one of the best attraction. We can enter into the Forest but please take care of timing. You should calculate the time of travel so that to plan the return journey. visit after the end of a rainy season and plan a group visit. Local language is Gujarati but its different from pure one and very difficult to undertand. It was very diffcult to understand even for my Gujarati friends. The place is trated as one of the old jain place at Abhapur. Please carry sufficient food adn water along with you for whole day. You will not find a single shop or source of food/water in Polo. It is very difficult to get the mobile coverage also. Please take care. Enjoy the trip....

This is a very good place to visit in Monsoon, Winter & even in March ending i.e. in the beginning of summer. There are many beautiful places where you can feel the wonderful natural scenery & monuments that are amazing for your profile pic or cover pic on FB :)
Except from april to july, You can bath in cool cool stream of water that just passes by the road...
