I have spent much time at this accommodation as I am booked here for work. I find the service good with some individuals better than others. I find that the WIFI is so intermittent that it frustrates me very much. I have to use the internet for my job and as I come from a country with another time zone have to work at all hours. I also find paying for bottled water for breakfast as a un necessary extra.

The hotel is really good in terms of environment and services. Maybe it was my bad luck, stayed there for 3 nights but temperature of the air-cond was not able to adjust on 1st and 3rd night, it was warm. 2nd night is the worst when the power supply kept tripping for 2-3 times middle of the night.

We around five friends family had stayed for one night for oyr get together, its nicely maintained property, kids thoroughly enjoyed, restaurants were good, room service were quick.location is excellent as we didn't need to drive far

Had an opportunity to visit the Palms for a training. Training was arranged in the Viceroy Chamber. The ambiance and the set up was perfect for a training atmosphere. The dates were from Dec 5 - 9 2016. We were well attended by the F & B personnel positioned for the Viceroy.

The Food though a limited variety , still leaves you gasping for more due to its profound quality and taste. Would love to taste the Desserts once again if given a chance.

All in All a great place and would love to be back to The Palms soon..

Room tip: A great place to unwind yourself within the Delhi City.

Went and stayed at this place for one night and made a promise never to stay here again. This if looked from outside looks great and quite fascinating but once you enter you start getting horrified on every step. So let me start with the first insane thing - we entered the hotel and checked in and were charged a Security money to stay at their hotel whereas we had already paid in advance and all are dues were clear. So basically they do not trust their guests and this is quite ridiculous. then we enter the room which was allocated to us and to our surprise it was a dingy small room which was very dirty(literally as we had dust in our fingers if we swipe our fingers around), badly lit , dirty washrooms with no basic amenities in it, bits and pieces of hair strands all over the bath tub, had to call and request for the basic needs such as slippers, dental kit etc. the internet was not working fine and had to call thrice to get someone to come and fix it. Then finally had given up on the room so called the manager and got it changed after giving a lot of explanations. So the new room was much better and clean and nicely lit. so then went ahead and then went for a wal at the resort which felt good as something was good about that place. then went to their coffee shop and it was good and also gave an order for something to be sent to our room at a specific time which never got delivered. After an hour of the delivery time we went back to the cafe and they had the request written on the counter then also with no one to fulfill that and a sorry was the only thing given to us. The services there are so slow that to actually get something from the hotel people you have to call 2 to 3 times at-least. So in the end i could just say please do not visit this place as they behave as if they are doing us a favour by making us stay over there.
