The property is charming with a backdrop of the Himalayas and the staff is very courteous and prompt. They set up a fireplace (on request) and the food is good too. Our stay here was memorable and fun.

It was great staycation in orchard resort . Cottage & surrounding was very pleasant & cozy . Services were at its best . Each & every dish we ordered were deliciously fabulous.

Had a wonderful time at the property. The food is excellent and so is the staff. You can take lots of pictures along the orchards,ride a bike or even visit the Hazratbal Durgah. Also Dal lake is 20 mins away. The view of the mountains is amazing. All in all a wonderful Kashmir experience in the limited time we had there. Complete value for money
A beautiful, well designed and well maintained ,Tranquil Place with the most gorgeous setting. The view of the mountains and the apple trees add a unique charm to the independent cottage style Resort.
The Owners Mr Sahir and Ms Nilofer are passionate and dedicated to giving their guests a comfortable and memorable stay.
The manager Owais is brilliant at his job and full credit to him for running the place so efficiently.
Excellent dinning experience the chefs Mushraq, Vijay and Aasif not only served us fingerlickingly delicious meals, but went out of their way to tailor make things as per our satisfaction and personal taste.
The staff be it housekeeping or F&B is so warm and courteous taking care to make ones stay super comfortable.(special mention to rafiq, usman and javed for the service the gave us)
For the cons I would say that the food is a tad bit overpriced and the location slightly away from the city centre (but personally it wasn’t much of a con for us, infact we liked it more for the fact that it was away from the hustle bustle of the city.)
This place is a perfect mix of modern international standard accommodation, with the warmth of Kashmiri Hospitality.
I would highly recommend it and shall be back again soon.

I must say this is a perfect place for peace seekers, and want to have break from the husstle and bustle of cities..

We visited Srinagar in February and chose this property for our stay. It's a new property in Srinagar with beautifully done cottages. They have ample parking space, a big children's play area, small library, big pool. Staff is courteous and always on their toes to help u.
The cottages are very spacious with big room and bathroom. The rooms are completely loaded with all amenities one would need in their stay.
All in all it was a great stay with few hiccups Food is a bit overpriced and location is a bit off.
