Snow covered mountains. Roads are extremely in bad shape. But that's understood as it is located such a height.

At 5,360m it is the 3rd highest motorable mountain pass in the world and connects Changthang plateau and Pangong Tso. The nearest settlement is Tangste village. Yak rides, tea stall and toilets are available.

Yet another pass used during the Silk Route period. Located close to 17000feet above ground, the weather changes quickly here and make sure you have enough to keep yourself warm.

The road to reach Chang La Pass is really bad around 15kms before and 15kms after the pass. This is still better than Khardung La in-terms of cleanliness and crowd.
