Cozy, serene and comfortable resort with a magnificient valley and dhom dam view. You just soend hours together from your room admiring the mountains and greenery surrounding the dam water. Rooms are comfortable with class leading amenities. Food is delecious. Inclusive breakfast buffet is sumptous and authentic. Staff is very friendly. Good space for parking.
The only nit picking would be the entrance to the property which is quite narrow for an SUV. You have to maneouver carefully.
Visited this place twice, and would definitely recommend this place.

This hotel is located in one of the scenic points of Panchgani with all rooms facing the beautiful and serene valley. Equally good are attributes and traits one looks for in a hotel stay. Rooms are specious, equipped, clean and decent. Vista rooms have a long adjacent terrace, an elegant photo op! Breakfast is delicious and all meals are reasonably priced and very tasty for a vegetarian gourmet. Entrance and lobby are relatively small but manageable. Staff is humble and well mannered. Best value-for-money for couple, group, backpacker or a single who wants to work from destination

Check in - Smooth. Quick and efficiently completed.

Rooms - Spacious. On par with 4 star hotels. Clean and sanitized. Basic amenities are provided. The washroom could have brighter lighting. The bed was comfortable and pillows of two sizes were provided.
The view from the room was surreal. It's the main USP of the room.

Food - The Resto-Cafe serves vegetarian cuisine only. Breakfast is buffet. Options are limited but the taste is great. Outside food is allowed for in-room dining only.
Tip - Recommend their Mixed Veg Pakodas.
Skip the Baked Italian dishes on the menu.

Staff - All employees are very well mannered. The Manager regularly inquired about our stay and if we required anything or not.

Parking - Limited. First come, First serve basis.

Swimming pool - If there was one, it was unseen.

The approach to the hotel by car is narrow & steep. If another car is coming from other side, it won't be able to pass. One of the cars would have to reverse (which also would be very difficult to do). Also parking area is very small & can barely accommodate about 4 to 5 cars. If that is full, parking has to be done in muddy area.
The entry to the dining area is from outside. Also, there is an incline without any proper railings to hold onto. Difficult to manage for elderly or disabled persons.
There is no balcony. A common terrace has been separated by white picket fences between each room.
The room was disinfected with a very strong disinfectant, which made us nauseous & also gave us a slight headache. Had to open out the terrace side door to air the room out.
They only serve veg.food.
On the upside, the rooms were well furnished & spacious.
The location is good.
