Nice Hotel with Good view and Staff.just Parking was very stiff other things good food was awesome. Common area little small breakfast Limited but good in taste. All rooms have good vire space and clean. I suggest if you want yo siyaram in panchgini it is best

Room was spacious and luxury, the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Staff behaviour was and well trained. Food was so delicious. There have some game also if you not going for sightseeing. Wonderful stay at nivanta by royara. I will sure visit again.

We booked for 1 night and stayed for 2 nights here. Its very near to the main Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar Road and has a wonderful view of the Dhom lake and the valley. Food is super good and staff is courteous. Buffet Breakfast had limited options but overall is total value for money

There was an arrangement of entertainment via music which was unexpected and I did enjoy the evening.
The location is perfect with Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar points very near.
I saw families with children who were enjoy their stay in the pool and other amenities.
