Big spacious rooms. Very courteous staff. Ms. Vaishali was very cooperative. Excellent vegetarian food. The location is good but old property.
The bathrooms are clean but need to be maintained. Overall a pleasant stay.

wonderful place for tourists, full enjoyed like a out off country everything like swimming food all .i just loved the way you decorate the holl thing.and also appreciate the greetings that you surves to the guests.like the concept off the gardens.amazing service of parking.the best thing is the gameing zone for the children who loves them a lot.and the food is like wow!

Hi everyone. Would like to share my review for this property.
Pro's - The property is quite big. The rooms are also very spacious. The staff is very helpful, polite.
Con's - when we visited the hotel (24th Jan to 26th jan - 2020) there was road work going on, due to which we couldn't take our cars right up-to the hotel. The slope that leads to the hotel has a Very inclined slope. But in this case the staff helped us by sending their maruti van for the pick up. But it was still very inconvenient as whenever we had to go out or comeback we had to wait for the van..
Most important - the hotel has big big staircases which are really difficult to Use.
Plus there's no lift Which makes the hotel unfriendly for senior citizens and handicapped people..
Also, though the property is so huge it's not at all maintained. It's turned too old and the owners haven't refurnished it for too long. That's why we can see stains of the furniture, furnishings, blankets and even the towels had holes.
We stayed in elegant rooms. Room no 402 - 407. The bathrooms also seemed to be weared out completely. The bathrooms dont even have a shower. Plus they have solar heaters and no Geyser or boiler at least in these rooms. So don't get hot water at all the times.
I guess if they can refurnish the rooms, then it can be one of the top places in panchgani. But till then if anyone is looking out for a luxurious stay then as of now this place can definitely be given a miss..

Nice location.with great view from room. Valley view sitout is only for lower floor rooms, Clean room. Please improve restaurant. Cooperative staff no hassle for getting room at reception. Overall small property .

I visited this resort with family on 28 and 29 sept 2019, this is just ok type of resort.Rooms are bigger but lot of grass and insects around, so you cannot keep the balcony open.There is children play area but not accessible due to poor maintenance.only TT and carem in indoor sports nothing else.Swimming pool is there but not sure where are changing rooms.One thing I like is food and service, decent food and fast service.You can rome around Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar then come at night to just sleep then ,this resort works out best.
