We stayed at the Jaypee Palace for two nights and both nights we ate at C'est Chine. The meal begins with a complimentary appetizer which consists of peanuts, puff rice and corn flakes followed by a mild version of kim chee cabbage and shrimp chips. What drew us to this restaurant was the offering of steamed fish Hong Kong style. It was so superb, fresh, and expertly prepared that we returned a second night. On the first night, we ordered the steamed fish with Szechuan Chicken and Snow Peas with Water Chestnuts. On the second night, we had the steamed fish with Kung Pao Chicken and stir-fried Chinese vegetables. All dishes were excellent. Even better was the extraordinary, friendly, and attentive service without the servers being obsequious. We especially liked Vineet. We highly recommend this restaurant!
