I would like to take this opportunity to write this review for Miss Harshita from guest relations. My parents were staying at the hotel and happen to have thier anniversary during their stay there. I live in dubai and called the hotel to request them to do anything special for them. My request was very minor to just add a note or a small cake. But miss Harshita went out of her way and did way more than expected. She actually got a photograph printed on the card as well. It made my parents so happy. Sincerely want to thank her and the staff at four point for making sure that every guests is made to feel special. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel because it is the staff that makes it a memorable place to stay. Thanks

Great location and easy to navigate easy excess to Mussoorie also.
Staff was really helpful right from front desk to FnB always wearing a smile and polite. Food was also good would love to stay again and recommend the same to friends and family

We keep making small trips round the year but the stay at Four points by Sheraton,Dehradun has been the best by far. Every single person from the hotel staff is wonderful and I must congratulate the recruiters. From reservation to restaurant, they are fantastic. I would like to name Miss Sangeeta, Miss Khushi and Mr Mahipal for serving us with so much love that we felt like home. I don't know the names of others but they were all too kind. I would recommend this hotel big time and rate it the Best!

The stay here was comfortable. Very cooperative and courteous service. Special mention of Mr. Naveen and a Trainee Lady on rooftop restaurent who put in tireless effort to make everyone comfortable and happy. Thanks to the hotel Management and the staff.

Hotel staff was very polite and humble. Front office team and house keeping team was very helpful in each and every corner. Especially thx Mr Rajat (Restaurant manager) .he help my parents to enjoy there vaccesen. My mother daibetic pasent. Mr. Rajat provide her a special food and desert at restaurant. Rajat always serve us with his smiley face and positive attitude.Chef also very nice and humble.thx Sheraton team to make my trip memorable.
