The hotel was serene and beautiful! The staff was polite and well behaved. They were also prompt. Vinay was particularly nice but I am sure that others were equally good- we just ran into Vinay more often. The food was delicious and the rooms were kept very clean.
The hotel manager, Kirit was supportive, polite, and informative. He arranged a bonfire for the guests on Diwali and visited every room to offer us chocolates. This was a very sweet gesture from the hotel.
The evenings at the hotel are really beautiful, better than any tourist spot. It's great for people who want a break from the daily routine. Yet it's at a walking distance from the mall.
The only concern I can think of is the food prices, which are much higher than the market prices from similar hotels.
That said, the beauty of the hotel, its pristine setting, and the polite, prompt staff make for a great experience. I would certainly like to visit again. I would advise others to try it too.
