Hotel is situated close to Mall road. Rooms and bathrooms are ok....Breakfast is good. Their flower nursery is nice to stroll around. They were kind enough to courier my dress left in the room's closet. More

The hotel manager offered my mother a stay for 3-4 hours during the daytime for free, since we checked out way too early and we had to leave in the evening. Highly recommended.

Amazing hospitality …epitome of *Atithi Devo Bhav* !!!
We stayed at Hotel Shiva Continental Mussoorie for a family vacation from the 7th to 10th of April 2022. We booked this place (Superdeluxe rooms with mountain view) by directly contacting the hotel after going through feedbacks on several travel-oriented sites….and we lucked out I must say …they delivered what they promised! Right from their texts and calls from the moment our journey began regarding our safekeeping , time of arrival & distance updates to guiding us to the exact location we felt welcomed from the word go! The exceptionally clean, comfortable & very spacious rooms with private balconies n awesome views , prompt room service, warmth and hospitality, smiling faces and not to forget the yummy and hygienic meals which were the icing on the cake for this trip… we would highly recommend anyone visiting this part of Devbhoomi to stay here ! Its location is another plus point as its within walking distance from the Mall Road but has its own quiet little corner with pretty blooms ! I would like to especially put in a word of appreciation for the manager Sh. Vinod Kumar Dhar and the Guest attendant Mr. Amit Singh who were ever so courteous and considerate to our needs as a family ! Wishing your “HOME AWAY FROM HOME” for travelers like us all the very best for all your future endeavors !

We stayed here at Shiva Continental for 5 nights. The stay was just so amazing with the hotel being clean, staff were prompt in their services. The room was very neat and tidy. And the main highlight being every room has a private balcony with a mountain view. for that matter you have a sight of the mountains from wherever you are in the hotel.
Coming to the food, overall the food was nice but the Dal makhani and dum aloo Kashmiri took our heart away. I will remember the entire stay as it has become a beautiful memory.
