4.2
“Lovely staff, great view but rundown and very poor ammenities”
The view was amazing as was the serenity. The staff were very friendly and apologetic.
Room provided had no working fridge or air conditioner. There was mould in the fridge and there was no minibar provided as advertised. Shower was very slow to heat up and pressure a little light. Towels had rips in them. Exposed wires on wall connection. On changing rooms discovered room safe not working and last straw was when toilet blocked and overflowed.

Back in the Netherlands after a holiday from 3 weeks in Bali.

Looking back on a fantastic journey meeting so many lovely people, so many impressions, landscapes and great views.

We travelled from the Seminyak seaside and the busy streets to the mountains, the jungle looking for our next hotel.
After a stoning drive through small villages in the rice fields where you feel the real Bali.
We arrived at the most relaxed and beautiful place on earth "Villa Kiri" at the Puri Saron Hotel Madangan.
I'm so happy that there still exists a resort on the island that is absolutely not crowded with noisy tourists.
This resort attracts only the persons that wants to escape from all the stress in work and daily live and love nature and the real Bali.
Next time we want to stay longer because it's the perfect place to write.
See the farmers working on the fields, little children play and wash in the small river that floats through the jungle close to the hotel. What a beautiful and inspiring environment.
A Villa very well designed which immediately feels as home. A relaxed atmosphere, very nice and clean, up to date with everything you need and otherwise you ask for it to the lovely staff. Welcome flowers in the great bath.
Sitting on the balcony you can hear the beautiful sound of all kind of birds.
Even the humming bird was knocking on our window because he sees himself in the window as in a mirror.
Breakfast in paradise! mmmmm lovely food.
An early-morning-swim in the clean fantastic swimming pool next to the villa is such a meditating experience.
The only thing you have to do is enjoy and relax.

Room tip: Ask for spacious two level Villa.

Came here with my wife. Room was not bad, but need improvement or renovation for furniture. Pool was good with forest valley scenery. Breakfast was average with fried rice/noodle menu. Recommended for tourist looking for solitude.

Great resort! About 30.40 from Ubud but in the most beautiful scenery, backs up to the jungle. Not your normal resort, very very quiet and secluded, may not see any other guests, which was perfect. The pool and gardens are lovely. Only 20 min. from the outdoor market, open till 10pm, great place to eat with the locals! The resort dining can be quiet slow but not a problem for me, I loved the slow pace there.

Room tip: Be sure and ask for the 2 story bungalow, it's the one and only!

Me with family book this hotel for refreshing our mood from routines. Me with daily work, wife with household things. What we got is beyond ours expectation. Nice view around the room, good weather, nice pool, good and friendly staff and the most important is the environment of the room makes us relaxed and refreshed, not to mentioned hot and cold water works perfectly. The breakfast is good, but mi goreng not so good. But the others perfect.
