This is a surprising Hotel. It is not a resort but a converted shopping mall.. It was in a fantastic location for shopping. The place is so clean. The hotel included free airport transfers. We stayed in Room 302, a family room, and it was massive!!! It had a king size bed, and 2 king singles with an extendable divider between the two areas. Also had a medium sized fridge, desk, TV, table with tea/coffee facilities, a large wardrobe as well as a lounge suite. Also has an in room safety deposit box. Bathroom was fairly standard.. supplied the little things too, like shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste etc... And so very clean.. Towels not so white, but clean. Not a mould spot in sight. We were very impressed for only a basic, very cheap (only 800,000 a night) Hotel.. Breakfast was basic Indo, but you could ask for eggs any way and banana pancakes.. And the staff were very friendly...

We would definately stay here again..

This hotel must not be confused with "the Harmony hotel in Seminyak".

This hotel is very basic, and neat.
The location is great as it is in the heart of the main district with loads of bars, pubs, clubs, shopping, massage, food, 7-11's, money changers within walking distance.
We had breakfast both mornings and it was nice. Basic, but nice. Don’t expect a buffet of food, but they do have good coffee if you order one from the bar.
The rooms are noisy. The first room we were given was right next to the pool/dining area. We asked to move to the back rooms near the neighbouring hotel. It proved just as noisy, with air con units humming all night, and people being loud in the corridors in the mornings. The tiled hallways, and ultra light doors, don’t filter the sound much. So we took advantage of the 7am wake up calls and made do with it.
The rooms are very neat and we found them clean. The people at the hotel are very friendly and the whole area is clean and has a nice outdoor concept to it. They did nothing to deter us from coming back.
We wouldn't stay here again. Not because we found it off putting, but for 495,000 Indonesian Rupiah per night, (395,000 rates + 100,000 due to peak season), we could have done a lot better.
In summary – if you are looking for a basic stay and not planning on spending much time at your hotel, and waking early, then this place is the go.

Our second visit to Kuta & Legian in the last three years, I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and my 16-months daughter, we got room near the pool and the room was clean, no bathtub. The pool is nice and quiet enough, the hotel has simple and modern minimalist design, no Balinese traditional design at all, not far from Kuta beach (approx about 200 m) and it's on the busy Legian street, I saw many of domestic tourists stayed here. Breakfast was OK, mostly local food, staffs were friendly. It's easy to find mini markets around here. It wasn't too expensive. Overall it's pretty good for us and .

Room tip: Room near the pool is nice

I stay here on June 7, 2011...
it was only a one night stay, because I just transit in Bali before I go to Dili on the next morning.
the room is quite comfortable...
the bathroom also clean, but the hot water sometimes not hot at all...
the breakfast is... I cannot say it was good, but not too bad also...

overall, I want to give it a try one more time to stay here on my next trip...
and I hope they do keep an eye about the swimming pool location... (why it has to be opened and very close to the public road?)

I stayed now in the harmony for 6 nights and had to change my room for 3 times... The roomquality really depends - the first one i got was nice and clean, the second one very noisy but ok, and the 3th and 4th were bad - very noisy and in one was the aircon not really working, in the other one it was smelling soooooooooooo bad - like in an ashtray.... So now i am just really hapy that i dont have to stay anymore in that hotel!
