awesome hotel

my opinion is not a first, many people happy stay at night in this hotel, cause many facility for family from parent to kids, and on weekend (saturday) many fun attraction on the main pool, and for breakfast good enough and variety, fruits, bread, egg station, and many more.
on central stage, we can enjoy the live music with any food or drink.

Best Hotel in Kuta

Excellent service.. Really nice pool. Lots of activities for kids. Love the ceiling shower. In breakfast need bit more varies. Housekeeping was great and room service as well. Dollar exchange rate is little bit less than outside.

Fantastic hotel

Great hotel, very clean and the staff very polite and courteous..We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hard rock Hotel. The only drawbacks for me personally were very minor. There are too many cabanas around the pool areas, which could benefit by having more sun beds and parasols around the pool for the other guests. The music played in Centerstage when no bands are on is not hard rock and is very loud. This limited our time being there. Other than that we had a great time. Thank you

Thank you for recently choosing Hard Rock and really pleased you enjoyed your time with us.

We have 22 poolside cabana's with an abundance of sun loungers around the perimeter of the pool stretching from the Kids Waterpark to the Hard Rock Cafe back entrance. During peak periods I understand it can be difficult to find a vacant sunbed during the day and cabana's can be booked out for days in advance. We will look at how we can improve this in the future.

Appreciate the feedback regarding Centerstage music, my team will monitor the volume during band sets to ensure suits the crowd level. Hard Rock globally has also evolved away from soley Hard Rock music celebrating all music cultures and at Centerstage we have a mix of music that resonates with our hotel guests playing a range of music genre's. Our onsite Hard Rock Cafe you will find predominantly rock music if that is the preference.

Perfect family vacation

It was family vacation with our toddlers and we enjoyed it a lot.
We liked the pools,the sandy pool was our kids favorite.
We got chance to go to bar and enjoyed the live music was really good. The bartender is super nice !
I would suggest to have some changes regarding the breakfast buffet and the lullaby room only.
Overall experience was good and we would like to be back

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience on this platform and we are delighted that you had such a great time.

We are indeed a family friendly resort and clearly your toddlers smiling faces reflected this. Amongst many things, our pools which are the largest amongst hotels in Bali are our main attraction and our sand area including a sandy pool bottom is quite unique, as you gets to feel like you are at the beach without leaving the safety of the hotel.

Our breakfast buffet is constantly evolving as we continue to improve to suit our international guest mix in-house so would be great to hear more from you specifically as to what you would like to see. Similar for our Lullaby infants space which is new and packed with kids toys and play equipment. Hope to hear from you - shane.coates@hardrockhotels.net

Great place very family friendly

this would be one of the best resorts in Bali to go with or without kids.
The staff here are all amazing and we would re book in a second
Its in walking distance to waterbomb park and some good western food places
