The Grand inna is amazing and has so many things for kids. There are three big pools, and massive breakfast bar. And the breakfast bar is right on the beach. The rooms are lovley and big. And if you need an extra bed you can get room service to put one in for you.

The best thing about this hotel is its position right on the beach, although the beach is not that great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is ok, selection at breakfast is ok. Now to the room, we paid more to have a poolside room nothing special except it was on the ground floor and easier excess to the pool . We did have some trouble with the hot water sometimes it was luke warm and sometimes cold lucky we were in Bali. The rooms were clean and maintained everyday.
The hotel generally was looking tired and run down .I would have thought over covid it would have been an ideal time to catch up on repairs and maintenance .but no

The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. The food at the Warung is great and breakfast is superb. Definatley will stay again. Great location. Staff went out of their way to assist with any needs.

We were looking around for a local Indonesian restaurant and our stroll made us land here. What attracted me were the warmth and smiles of the staffs. Food was good and the flavor gets add up more by the song and dance performance of the staffs. Such positive vibes.
