This was a short but sweet stay. We were in Junior Suite and our first stay at Grand Zuri in Raya Kuta. The entire experience turned out to pretty much exceed our expectation. The moment we checked in was seamless. The reception was courteous , we waited for just around 5 minutes as we came bit early. The bellboy ushered us to our suite and it was relaxing. The color tone was bright as opposed to many hotels we stayed and soothing to the eye. The living room was spacious. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was equipped bathtub and shower. The balcony of the Junior suite was also nice. The view was not there but the inside comfort and experience paid off. Did we mention that the bed was so comfortable and we hardly wanted to leave our suite. We tried lunch and the food was up to date, we had sate taichan and was so hot of chillies, which we love it. Bakso and sausages was other meal we had and ok la. The aquatic see through swimming pool was inviting , it is like a big giant aquarium and kinda unique as not many hotels have that kind of concept pool. They also got the lounge and the bar but we did not get a change to hang out there, the design was nonetheless trendy. Breakfast in the morning was pretty lavish, they had from eggs station to bread, Indian dish to Balinese traditional sweets and of course they got soups, porridge and couple main dishes which enough to power us for the day. All in all the stay was a value for money for the room, meal and service. Recommended

A well maintained hotel, but the excellent Zuri staff that make the stay a bit more special than other Kuta establishments.Staff at all times very helpful and cheerful. Grand Zuri is a great option, this is my second visit. Room was on a non smoking floor, was quiet and had effective aircon.

Our "upgraded" room had a balcony overlooking pool (see pic).

The Zuri pool is a highlight but "shaded chairs" need maintenance.

Restaurant is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, range for breakfast is adequate and changes daily, cooked "to order" eggs ++. Beverages- stick with the tea!

Original room fridge was unable to do much chilling, Asked for it to be replaced, it was within 10 minutes ++ ! But same model replacement performed same. :-(

Room presented well, bathroom clean but its fittings are a little tired.

a convenient place to stay, wonderful, and strategic.
with a low price for a four star hotel, solution specifically conceived thanks to eka in the restaurant which has provided a very good service and satisfying and also mr koming, ayu,juli they more than just a friend , he's very friendly and gives a lot of information I need to stay here, very nice.

The Grand Zuri Kuta hotel is very nice for stay. All the services are extremely good. I am really happy with my stay and disappointed with veg Food because it was always kept near to Non veg food. Sometimes spoon, knife and fork also smelling like non veg, which is very bad experience for us.

Otherwise All is good. One more thing I would like to suggest you that kindly add one Indian clock at reception for Indian people.

That was the nice time in grand zuri. We had good food and delicious in taste. Specially Try kuta fried rice.
Rooms are very clean and service is too nice.
Thanks Mr.koming and also mrs Ayuk as manager on duty ,Pasek,ayu,Lanang..
