Great place to stay. Was were with my family for one night. Good location. Staffs were very helpful. Specially Fery and Komang at reception desk were wonderful and very helpful. Good food as well. Lovely stay.

Great stay. Ferry at front desk is awesome.arrived late but Ferry catered very well. Awesome hospolitity. Would love to come here again. Very good facilities, nice food. Definitely recommend it for families.

One of best hotel in Kuta, very near to market, airport. Big property with very polite staff, specially Mr.fery on reception desk, helped us with smooth check in and provided us best accomodation possible.

As much as the staff was friendly and helpful the hotel was just disgusting. Dirty bathroom covered with mold and smelly toilet. I was in the room one day and called them to change the bedsheets, I was shoked to see the matress with blood stains and other stains I don't even want to guess what they were. The restaurant is so bad that it is always empty, they serve rotten fruits for breakfast at times and you have to wait at least 30mins for your food if you order a la carte. We stayed for 2 weeks there and never got in the green water pool with mold floating.

Good khususnya untuk receptionist miss Wulan dan Mr Odem pelayanan sangst memuaskan. Good job. The place is good. Near a lot of place and easy to go anywhere. We just got here and got the upgrade promo. Besttt recomended
