Really enjoyed my stay here as the staff were world class quality and made our stay the best! Wanted to specifically call out Karsana and Deriani from F&B who made every meal/ drink the bet experience and welcomed us with open arms. Great place!

The staff are so friendly. Hotel area and the bedroom were very clean. I was staying at Lagoon Access Room. No problem at all with my stay here. The breakfast was great, the menu change everyday so you wouldn’t get bored.

As Bonvoy Gold, I was upgraded to the room with pool access on the first floor. The room was generally clean but for some ants here and there. Amenities were complete, pool are clean and the staff is super. Breakfast got a lot of choice.

Location wise, it is a short walk to the beach and the main Legian road. If you drive, the road might be a bit tight for bigger size car. There are parking spots and valet available.

Room tip: Pool access room is fab

The staff was so nice evento i booked last minute it took few minutes for room ready, thank for upgraded my room and the lagoon was so amazing. one thing great from this four points is the elevator smells so good
Big thanks to Mr. Gery the manager and Sinta for the great service and smooth checked in,

The Pandemics has hit Kuta hard, the roads are empty, no more tourist walking around. But this has not changed how Franklin the GM and his team down at FP Kuta to be always positive and cheerful. The way they handled the check in was immaculate, and the service was really friendly. As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Member, I have also the pleasure of being helped on the check in by Gerry which made sure the whole stay very pleasant. I have always stayed here if i go to Kuta, and will continue doing so.
