Booked our second week in Bali at four points. When we arrived, we were not greeted to get our luggage carried up the stairs. We had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. We arrived at 10am and was advised rooms would be ready after 2pm.
The hotel areas looked clean and well maintained.
The pool was cleaned daily.
The room service would come on some days around 4pm. By this time we were hot and bothered from our outings and just wanted to relax in our room with aircon.
Food was average. Ordered mushroom and bacon pasta one night, received no mushrooms.
Bathroom had flickering light. Left the light on for room service to see, however nothing was done about it until I complained at the front desk.

The dogs next door barked a lot in the evening.

The location, I wasn’t pleased with. You had to walk out and down 2 streets to get to main road to get a cab.

The security checking bags at the reception was hit and miss. Some days was checked, other days no security in sight.

I would not stay here again.

The hotel was lovely and all the staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was amazing!! There was an endless selection of foods to choose from. Oka was the head chef, he went above and beyond his duties to cook us special Indonesian dishes for breakfast and dinners that were off the menu. He went absolutely above and beyond for us and our friends. He is an asset to this fine hotel and we had a great experience here. Would definitely recommend people to stay here. We will be returning for sure!!

My daughter and I have just returned from staying at Four points after a two week stay. On arrival the staff were extremely polite, friendly and welcoming and were consistently so throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned everyday and towels replaced. The air con and Wi-Fi worked very well. Beds were comfy, shower was nice and hot. The public areas in the hotel were always kept clean and tidy. At night you could hear music from neighbouring hotels but not enough to bother us or our sleeping patterns!

Pool areas were kept clean and pool towels were provided.
Breakfast was varied and filling, always enjoyed. The location of the hotel is good, and there are lots of shops and restaurants around. Just bear in mind you’ll hear people asking you to come and have a look or for a massage, just say no thanks and they’ll leave you be. It’s not a far walk from the beach but I didn’t think it was very clean so didn’t spend too much time there.

I would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you to all at Four Points Kuta! :)

My wife and I stayed here just recently again, it's our fourth time, and all I can say is bravo for keeping it running through the tough times. We saw old faces and new faces, the hospitality top notch as usual. Our room was perfect right next to the pool and if you wanted to stay in for the night the food and beverage and entertainment are awesome. So if your thinking about giving it a try I would highly recommened Four Points By Sheraton Kuta. We will be back very soon.

We were really interested in looking at other hotels while we were in Bali recently, and thought we’d take a walk to Sheraton to check it out.
We didn’t even get to go inside because the music out the front was so loud it actually hurt your ears. There is no way you could sit out front at the cafe/bar/restaurant area and eat a meal.
People were walking past and covering their ears and shaking their heads.
It was so loud we could hear it from Legian Rd at Adhi Darmha hotel.
