Fantastic hotel, that we really could not fault. Plan to stay there again many times again. We had a deluxe pool access apartment as we decided it was the best option for staying there with our one year old. All staff were fantastic, helpful and super friendly. If anyone is looking for a babysitter we booked through the hotel and had the wonderful Ketut for the week, Can not recommend her enough. If anyone would like her telephone number to book it is +6281936017421. Our baby Poppy absolutely loved her and I felt completely comfortable leaving my baby in her very capable hands.

If you are after a hotel that provides a calm relaxing environment then this is for you. Stunning hotel grounds, well maintained. If you like the beach it is right there and if you don't like us then you have the garden tropical surrounds. We hired a cabana for the whole time which can range from $22-$50 for a full day hire. Staff excellent, food excellent, can't speak highly enough. This is located in Nusa Dua but only a $10 taxi fair to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak which we went to at night a few time.
Also one of the things my husband judges a hotel is by the Gym (I know he is weird). They have moved their gym and upgraded and he loved it, used the treadmills everyday.

Room Tip: We only booked a basic garden view room but it was superb. Beds comfy, butler service to bring you free lattes and teas. Next up was lagoon view which is exactly like garden view but looking at the lagoon, also there are rooms that you can swim out of your room directly into the pool.

Visited the hotel on a week long business conference and was very fortunate to have warm sunny weather the whole stay. The resort is surrounded by water, pools meander around the resort so you see blue everywhere - very serene. The dinner by the beach was suberb - had both the menu and buffet selections. One night it was a full moon so the reflection of the moon on the water was beautiful, the fish cooked fresh was melt in your mouth - every meal was note worthy.
The rooms are clean and have polished floors so the ambiance is very tropical, the bathrooms could do with a bit of a refresh and the step in the bath shower was not great. The TV service was offline for 1 night and my bathroom had a roof leak which was fixed within the day. The butler service for tea was a nice touch.
We used the spa services where I had an amazing bali massage the service was relaxing and facilities were good.
Enjoyed the stay very much and the conference facilities were excellent, would reccomend the resort for a quite relaxing stay in Nusa Dua away from the crowds, the shopping centre walking distance from the hotel is enough to give you a spending fix if you really need one.

Unfortunately I stayed in this lovely resort for business purposes, so I did not have much time to hang around in the hotel.
The staff in general is very friendly and they were very helpful upon check-out. My flight was late in the afternoon, therefore I requested for a late check-out and that was not a problem.
The location is amazing, directly at the beach and 7 (!) swimming pools... wow!
Only negative experience is with the buffet. Very expensive and the food was not worth the money. Next time I have dinner at the local restaurant again...
But overall I had a very good experience in this wonderful resort, thanks!

Room Tip: choose a room with a balcony with direct access to the swimming pool. This looked very nice.

We have stayed at this beautiful hotel three times and each time we have had a wonderful experience. We have stayed at several resort hotels in the region and this is our favourite. The hotel is located on the beach at Nusa Dua inside a gated area with a high level of security.

The rooms and suites are large and very well appointed. The gardens and public areas are well designed and seem to have the capacity to cope with a full house without any obvious effort. There are a number of restaurants and the "deli" all of which serve good food at reasonable but not cheap prices. There are also two bars where light meals are available. The deli serves as an ice cream parlour and coffee shop for all day snacks. We always have a rate that includes breakfast; the range and quality is excellent.

There are a number of large free form swimming pools which are never crowded and there is also access to a beach with beach lounges and cabanas available. There are several shallow areas where children can play in safety.

The spa and gym have been moved to a new location overlooking one of the swimming pools. The gym has a number of weight machines, treadmills, bikes, etc. Not a large facility but the equipment is new.

One of the most important features of this hotel that keeps us coming back is the staff who are always friendly and willing to go out of their way to be helpful; this is the icing on the cake.

Nusa Dua is a quiet area and certainly not recommended for those looking for a wild time and the hot spots of Kuta, etc.

On the other hand if you want a relaxing time in a resort style hotel then this excellent property is well worth your consideration.

Room Tip: If you want to eat more cheaply than in the hotel restaurants then the "Bali Collection" shopping mall is ten minutes walk from the hotel and has a very large range of inexpensive eating places and a large variety of shops.
