Stayed 2 nights at the outstanding The Laguna luxury collection, since I am a Gold Bonvoy member they upgraded our room to lagoon access room, I noticed that room is very well maintained and clean, housekeeping service is top and tidy, reception team are amazing and smiley, cooperative and assisted us to book nice seafood restaurant in Jimbaran, welcoming on arrival was great and felt very warm welcoming from the door until we reach our room. Recreations team very helpful. We used the spa for a couple massage and that was a great tip during our stay. I would love to make it again.

Room tip: Must visit Jimbaran seafood market

We visited this hotel a few days ago on a day pass. The facilities were excellent with the kids enjoying the pools and waterfalls. I decided to review as the staff in the restaurants on the beach were impeccable. They really engaged our childrens attention for the duration of our stay making it special. Rika looked after us like family and even taught our girls a few words of bahasa. This is the type of special experience that we were hoping for. Would definitely recommend a visit.

This is a beautiful modern hotel. It offers different places to eat and relax and offers great service. There was a great choice of food at breakfast. The beaches are beautiful, the pools and rooms are cleaned daily. There are taxis available to go to the local villages to explore. The bali collection shopping centre is not fully open yet due to covid but there are a few shops to browse and great places to eat. There is an on site spa but if you go into the village they are a lot cheaper and amazing. It has great security and the staff were always friendly and helpful. This resort is great for relaxation.

Room tip: Would definitely recommend getting a taxi to the local villages and to other areas to explore. I took my snorkeling equipment and wasn't disappointed

This was our final stop of 3 in Bali. We were travelling with our 6 year old and 1 year old and stayed in one of the private villas with its own pool, I believe it was this biggest one they had. It was simply unbelievable. When you check in to the villas you have a private check in area and we were driven via golf cart. We had our butlers who couldn’t do enough for us, Aris was primarily our butler and he was so friendly, my daughter especially loved him. Our villas was two bedrooms plus an area for a nanny (we dont have a nanny but to give you an idea of the kind of people who usually stay in the villas!). It also had a large lounge/dining space, an office, both bedrooms had massive walk in closets, bathrooms with showers and large bath tubs and the main bedroom even had an outdoor shower too which was Devine. The villas are very private (can only be accessed via buggy by guests staying in them) and have their own private pools and garden. The outside was like out of a film, so beautiful with a day bed, outdoor shower and the pool was a really good size! All immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It was so luxurious we felt so special. To get the the main hotel you just call for your butler and they drive you where ever you’d like to go. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Breakfast was served in the restaurant down by the beach each morning and the selection was amazing. Lots of pastries, egg station, traditional Balinese breakfast - just so many options it was great.

We got a tour of the hotel where they had traditional dancers in the lobby. The grounds are beautifully kept. As villa guests you are also allowed to use all the other facilities in the main hotel. There was a VIP staying in one of the other villas whilst we were there and the army were camping outside and all around our villas guarding them which was cool to see.

We enjoyed the little personal touches, the flowers in the room on arrival saying welcome, they have a fire pit for toasting marshmallows on the beach at night. My daughter was given fish food to feed the fish in the pond around our villa. Little things like this will stay with me forever. We did go out for a walk which was easy enough and there were shops and things to look around. We also hired private drivers for excursions and days out which id also recommend. I documented our whole stay on my Instagram page @robynandmimi if you’d like to see a villa tour and all the things we got up to!

Wonderful hotel on the beach, perfect for relaxation. The pools are fantastic and we spent most of our time either swimming or having cocktails on the beach. The staff were exceptional, one man on the bar created for us a dragon fruit drink on a spur of the moment which definitely everyone needs to try so refreshing after a busy day swimming! The staff were all so friendly particularly Madu on our final night who made my partner and my evening so fun as he taught us some basic Balinese over dinner which we used for the rest of our trip. Would love to come back on our next visit to Bali!
