We visited in September 2019

Prior to booking with Luxury Escapes we requested via Lux escape to accommodate us in Sep to coincide with another booking in Bali.

The Bale were happy to do so (Original condition was to complete our stay til 30th June 2019).

Secondly our in laws were also staying close by. The Bale staff were happy to allow them visit us regularly to our villa.

The room was great

Pool was superb, the day bed was so cosy and the food, cooked to order was sublime.

We had a wonderful stay and wish to come back soon as soon as this pandemic is behind us.

Now i understand why this villa is only for honeymooners. I came with elder and kids because they open for family due to the pandemic situation. They just open a few days ago so there are lots of things to improve on the property. I was lost because no security on the parking lot and the sign of the lobby is not clear. Need to walk the stairs to get into the villa. A bit difficult when its raining. But once you get into the villa the service is fast apart from the tv and wifi need to be fixed. All requests handled smoothly. They are also very accomodating for the guests needs. For example they provide my mom the buggy because she cannot walk the stairs. Breakfast is delicious. Thanks to Jose, the manager and all the staffs.

This is my third stay at lifestyle retreats property. Stayed at the menjangan and phnom penh. Looking around for a place to stay in nusa dua and lifestyle retreats reminds me of their excellent service, that's why i decided to come here.

+ Its unbelievably huge. Everywhere you go, it feels spacious. It takes a while to get to your villa which is nice short walk. I can properly swim going back and forth without a problem here.
+ The villa design is just top notch and it feels like we're entering the house that won design competition. You can feel luxury and simplicity here. Really like direct access from the pool to the bathroom.
+ Staff gives excellent service for you. They even remember who you are. Pretty difficult when everyone is wearing a mask these days. And even with limited resource in pandemic, they still do their best.
+ Food is just amazing, somehow for breakfast my nasi goreng taste pretty much like the one on the street. Ate several food at the tapas restaurant and all tasted good. Especially the scallop.
+ The bale bengong is just amazing. Comes with a fan and comfy bed to help you stay there doing nothing for the whole day.
+ The equipment in the building are just top notch. Gotta give credit for yamaha amplifier and powerful Honeywell aircon.
+ bathroom is just excellent. 6 soaps to choose from, bath amenities is just so good. The best part of this i can watch tv from the bathtub
+ There is a private space for you to lay down on the beach. No worries for the beach lovers.
+ The maintenance they did to keep this building is just amazing. It's not a new building, but this is in a better shape compared to another newer villa and resorts.
+ It's nice to have a short talk with Jose luis calle (founder of the lifestyle retreats) about the feedback and tourism in bali these days.

There is some negative aspects but i really don't care about it either.
- Parking space is a bit limited. But who cares? Next time i will use their shuttle. Their shuttle is just amazing and will help you move around.
- I wish the TV could have HD channel. but again i never watch the tv here, because i spend my day at bale bengong and looking into the clear sky of bali.

If you're looking for privacy, serenity, luxury and top notch service, look no further. I planned to visit another property from lifestyle retreats.
