Small boutique hotel with spacious rooms. Stayed on the ground floor with semi outdoor showers which was nice. Breakfast at glasshouse is good. You can use the facilities at Segara village which is good to have - don’t have breakfast there though - quality at glasshouse is much better. More

The rooms were very clean and modern. Saltwater pool just outside our room. Included breakfast at "The Glass House" next door was excellent. Beach access was a little walk through "villas" that are part of the complex.

We had 10 days at the Kejora Suites. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we ever had. Our room was on the first floor a few steps from the pool where we spent every day relaxing on the lounge chairs reading books. The pool is refreshing warm salt water pool. The room was a good size, clean and everything worked including the internet very well. Our room included the breakfast at the restaurant next door called Glass House. The food at Glass House was quite tasty. Even when we were relaxing by the pool we ordered room service and the food was from Glass House. We did eat breakfast at the sister hotel, but that breakfast was a buffet and we really don't care for buffets. The Glass House you order off a menu and the food is cooked fresh. Kejora is a 5 minute walk to the beach where there are also the hotel lounge chairs to use. Also the beach is a fabulous place to see the sunrise. There are many restaurants on the beach and nearby the hotel. It was very convenient and easy access to everything. There is live music at various restaurants on different nights of the week. We loved everything about this hotel including the wonderful staff. We don't think you will be disappointed.

Situated on the main strip in Sanur this boutique hotel is in the perfect location - close to restaurants and the beach, it even has its own private walk way (in between the glasshouse and the Kejora Suites) to the beach which we used so many times. The staff are extremely friendly and did a thorough clean of the rooms. The wooden panelling is a little dusty but all in all the rooms were of a good standard. Very big, modern and the bathrooms were fantastic (we had a deluxe room - no bath but decent sized shower). The pool area was great, nice and shady so you don’t get burn. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Kejora Suites. I did notice a post from a previous reviewer with regards to laundry and stains on their T-shirt’s. We too had a similar experience and stayed around the same time. One of my tshirts had stains all over the back. All other items were in perfect condition and the laundry service was swift. Apart from this, everything met our expectations at the Kejora. Also if your looking for good coffee try the restaurant next door (the glasshouse) or Soul on the Beach (on Sanur Beach) close by.

We chose this hotel attracted by good reviews but unfortunately we had the worst experience of our lives.
We sent several clothes to the laundry service and one of my favorite T-shirt returned stained. I tried to find a solution for the damage with the hotel and they offered me as a refund only three dollars. When I questioned why this low value they accused me of having sent the already damaged T-shirt. Although we proved this was wrong, presenting photos from the previous day, where I was wearing the T-shirt in a good condition, they showed total dishonesty keeping the previous proposal. Apparently the owners and the management of the hotel are of the royal family (SIC), which will hinder any solution.
I do not wish this kind of situation to anyone.

Fantastic place worthy of the reviews it was our wedding anniversary and they had a cake and handwritten card which was lovely .The rooms are very comfortable and modern good priced mini bar fan on the balcony and lovely bathroom everything you need, staff are very friendly and a nice pool area to relax the private sunbeds are good on the beach area too.You can use the segara village too which has beautiful gardens.Breakfast at the glasshouse is very pleasant food very high standard it was our favourite restaurant already planning to return
