We stayed here for seven nights in mid-October 2011. This is a great place to stay while visiting Ubud. The staff are welcoming and really friendly and the facilities are top-notch. We stayed in room 12 which is a few steps down from the entrance/lobby and is the lowest room I think. The view is of the ravine and fields across the way and is very peaceful. A large room with a huge shower room and dressing area. Just out the door is a plunge pool which no one other than us seemed to use (especially nice for late night swims). If you look at the gallery it is shown in the second row, far left with another larger pool in the background. That pool is very nice with an infinity edge that you can perch on and watch the people below making bricks.
The restaurant is very handy and we had no complaints whatsoever with the food. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to central Ubud but there are plenty of restaurants, galleries and spas along the way (try Putri Spa - it's wonderful).
We recommend this resort very high and would certainly return. If you are walk-in, the manager is willing to consider less than posted prices.

Room Tip: We liked room 12. We were shown a room up by the road but were concerned about road noise.

We travelled to Bali for the first time and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beji Ubud. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Accommodations were clean and well kept. The views from the pool and the dining area were spectacular. We would go again.

I couldn’t be happier with my 5 night stay at Beji Resort. I travel a lot for business and personal trips and this is the first time I was so overwhelmed by the generous spirit of a resort/hotel that I wanted to share my experience with other travelers.
The entire staff at Beji was simply marvelous. They were so warm and caring and truly do their best to help facilitate an enjoyable time in Upud.
The view of the ridge and rice paddies from any of the pools couldn’t be more picture-perfect. I was able to do yoga sessions in the most serene location in the world! The rooms themselves are relatively simple but you don’t spend any time in them anyway. With 5 relaxing pools and a gorgeous landscape, you will want to spend as much time as possible outside.
As a solo-female traveler they were willing to accommodate my needs and were more than ready to help with making phone call, arranging classes, and organizing tours. This is a relatively new property but I am confident that with such an amazing staff and fabulous view, this place will be nearly impossible to book in the future.

Room Tip: the two story chalet has the best view on the property and is secluded from the rest of the rooms.

The Hotel is very nice, but not luxury.
But the Lumbung Villas dont look like the pictures on the internet (there is one villa, that does).
Most of the Lumbung Villa are situated near the road and because of the hay-roofing, there is a lot of traffic noice.

The resort is beautiful. There is one big pool with spring board and many small pool for relaxing near the rooms. The bathroom is very large with hot water. There is free wifi in the room but you have to ask for password. The TV has only local channel. The hotel locate on the main road which is easy to find. Overall it is a nice stay and worth the price.

Room Tip: I prefer the room more than a house with 2 storey
