This hotel and its staff were amazing! My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights during our honeymoon and were pleasantly surprised at the fusion of Balinese natural beauty and luxury hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom pool suite and it was a beautiful room set out across two floors. The small personal pool was fun to use and cleaned daily, but the water did get cold. The shuttle service was a godsend throughout town with easy pick up and drop off. The Wifi was quite speedy and worked consistently well. Aside from breakfast we didn’t have any other meals at the hotel so I can’t comment on quality or options, but just know that central Ubud is very close by and we would always go into town for dinner. There’s no reason to stay in for dinner when there’s free shuttles to go all around town! Their spa is also very reasonably priced. Yes a little more expensive than massages outside in central Ubud, but the quality is far superior. Either way, still very cheap for those coming from western countries and I would recommend experiencing their spa at least once to see for yourself. We also used the hotel for airport pickup in order to avoid the taxi hassle and they were very reasonably priced at $479,000 IDR ($35USD) for the 1+ hour ride.
