Junjungan hotel and spa was the greatest hotel experience we've ever had! The hotel, location at the rice paddies, great rooms( and beautifull bathroom), quality of food, free transport whenever we wanted, we were above all expectations. Really amazing was the hotel staff, which really spoiled us, arranged everything before we even asked. They were the best, making our stay in Ubud unforgettable.
We will recommend Junjungan hotel and spa to all our friends and family.

We stayed in Junjungan Ubud Hotel and Spa for 2 nights early September. Staff were so friendly, always smiled and greeted us. They made us feel like at home. Very nice ambience, quiet. What we like about this hotel is they put flower everywhere on every corner in the room. So pretty! We stayed in the studio room up stair with the view looking out the rice field is stunning! The room is so spacious, we have our private living room separated from the main bedroom, sofa and a balcony.
They also provide free shuttle to Ubud center any time before 10pm. We love the breakfast too!
Best for couples.

Service: What makes this resort stands out is the level of service provided! We checked in after midnight as our flight was delayed and we could only send email to the resort to inform them on the change in complimentary pick-up time @ the airport. Emails were replied very promptly. Staff also readily helped us made calls to arrange for restaurants and spas reservations (stayed @ 4 seasons legian after that and they wanted to charge us for reservation calls). One morning we had to leave early and I decided to forgo my breakfast but the staff was eager to help us pack our breakfast so we wont go hungry. Staff also remb our names by heart and greeted us in the resort grounds. Top-notch service!

Hotel Surroundings: We wake up to nice view of padi field and to a sumptuous breakfast. We were wowed by the serving and presentation of breakfast set every morning. Complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch too. Relaxing and calming to enjoy the snacks at the restaurant to the sound of flowing waters.

Would definitely recommend this resort!

Room tip: Choose 1 that has padi rice field views

Set in a small village about 4km out of Ubud. Great if you want to experience a little more realistic Bali than in the centre of town (free shuttle service). Lovely outlook from rooms overlooking a rice padi. Extremely helpful, smiling staff - nothing was any trouble and all requests were handled very quickly. Great spa too.
