Staff were amazing, polite and responsive. Food was good. The shuttle to the city center was a great help to explore Ubud. Could do with an air conditioned restaurant as it’s too hot at times. Overall, our holiday was enjoyable. Love the the Indonesian people.

Just 32 rooms at this resort. Very friendly staff who are extremely obliging. Located in Mas and the town is a 10 minute walk from here. Ubud is 15 minutes by car and there are 2 shuttle services a day into Ubud from the hotel. Rooms are very nicely furnished and just a lovely place to chill out for a week

32 rooms only in this resort. Located in Mas with rice fields surrounding the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and very obliging. The rooms are lovely and the plunge pool is perfect. Our 11 yo son loves the location as he feels much safer riding around the village exploring places as Ubud is very busy in comparison.

I ended up with a free week at a Karma resort, I picked bali as it was the least flying time from Darwin and time was limited, Picked Mayura as i wanted to spend time in and around Ubud. The resort was OK rooms OK bit old but clean, Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient and responded promptly to any requests, menu was limited breakfast buffet was below average. It is quite though and peaceful, pool area is small but nice. What we didn't like was the distance to get to Ubud central area, way to far to walk especially as there are no footpaths, only one option for free hotel shuttle; to the supermarket close to Ubud central area departing11am and back at 2.30pm, taxi was $10 each way which is OK but took some bargaining, next time we will pick somewhere closer to Ubud, Ubud has many restaurants and shops in walking distance, we saw 20 or more restaurants we wanted to try and many craft shops

Room tip: Small compact hotel 3 levels not busy, elevator to always ready Ground floor walk out into pool restaurant area best choice.

Our resort almost 4 years, and we always doing a good maintenance to keep our resort in good conditions and clean. Regarding the breakfast menu, that is the standard set up for all Bali member property. For complimentary shuttle we only provide 2 time return shuttle to Ubud town.

If you are looking for relaxation, comfort, elegance and courteous service in a gorgeous natural setting, overlooking the forest, just a few minutes from Zen-like surroundings, lovely amenities or the bustling market of Ubud centre, in the exotic island of Bali... look no further! We felt very well looked after and regenerated day by day. Highly recommended.
