I first stayed at this hotel some years back and for some time it was a great place to stay. The room I stayed in this September was beginning to show signs of overuse, in that the basin tap was lose, the shower head was mostly blocked and the bed needed a new mattress. The rest of the hotel is good, very helpful and pleasant staff and breakfast is perfectly acceptable. If they can upgrade the bedrooms, then the place will return to its original splendour.

I got a Deluxe Suite room 102 on the ground floor next to swimming pool. When I made the booking I asked them to give me non-smoking floor. But it turned out this is a smoking floor. The room smells burned cigarettes and what makes it worse, the bathroom also smells like a sewage. Don't stay here!

It was quite a lovely and pleasant stay at a relatively reasonable price. Away from the noisy city roads and yet still near to major Factory outlets at Dago by car.
You might be awaken by the roosters, which started "hymning" as early as 5am in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, you may not want to pick a mountain facing room .
On day one, I was pleasantly surprised by the productivity level of a hotel staff at Ardjuna. He greeted us at the lobby, helped us with the luggages to the Tolley, administered our check-in at the reception, arranged for welcome drink and ushered us to our room together with the belonging. He did all these by himself. Amusing! Mind you, there were other staff around too.
There are many lightings in the room, but it was still quite dim due to the extensive use of the yellow tungsten bulbs. I don't understand why they don't use energy saving white light/ Day Light bulbs. Come with long bath in standard package. The room is well maintained given the hotel's age but you still get to see unwanted guest such as ants crawling around the toilet and balcony area.
Breakfast wise, so-so quality. Not impressive at all. Also have unwanted "guests" too.
Free Wifi speed is not fantastically fast but just adequate for surfing and reading email. Forget about playing on-line multimedia such as Youtube or game.
One greatest letdown to me is the noise insulation. You can hear clearly what your next door neighbor is chit-chatting about through the connecting room's door.
I've given the hotel a 4 stars rating as I'm impressed by that hotel staff's service. At least it was something that I've never came across.

Room Tip: Ask for mountain view room for the scenery.

Stayed there only because it was selected as the venue of class reunion. Pretty basic hotel. The swimming pool is not the great. Did not have chance to check the wifi connection but the room is rather small if you add extra bed (we are family with 2 kids).
In term of location might pick other hotel in nearby the city center - as during week end the access to city center was jammed hence it took as an hour just to 'escape' the jam. I guess I would not recommend this hotel for week end stay.

Spend 1 nite there just to relax after a few days of shopping. The room is spacious bt the window is so small so couldn't really enjoy the mountain view. The spa is also good. Overall the hotel is gd and the staff were helpful too.
