It's a lovely hotel with modern and funky decor from the lobby, to the dining area, corridors and of course the rooms. The rooms were spacious enough for you to open your luggages and you get a nice view of the city if you're on the higher floors. The staff were really friendly and helpful and always greeted and conversed with smiles on their faces. There are pubs around the area and a nice spa place near by too. Great place and will definitely consider coming back again!

My dad left a tote bag on one of the taxi ride, and the hotel staff help to call the taxi company and coordinate for the return of the goods; which I extremely appreciate it. Apart from that, the hotel stay was really so so, nothing to impress about, but with the price paid, and simple breakfast included, I really shouldn't have complaint much. The hotel just 8 mths old, but started to see some aging sign. Room is simple and clean, bed very comfortable, amenities provided, 2 small bottle of mineral waters given each day, air-cond working fine, wifi is good & free. However, my room, 601, the shower drain is not working properly, and causing small flood everytime I showered. Yet, I just being lazy to inform them to fix it thought, my bad. There is a road construction going on along Jalan Braga, right in front of hotel, and causing the surrounded area covered with dirty mud whenever it rained. Which is quite unpleasant experience, but I cannot blame hotel for that, since it is out of their control. Location is not bad, plenty of convenient stores around hotel. I would still recommend this hotel.

leaning is a Missing Word . Concierge is never Ceking Bathrooms or Tabs or toilets for Cleaning Levels. Stay 3 Times at1510 room Flour Dirty from footsteps cause front of Hotel renew the Water chanels on street. Found Hairs at toilet, Sparklings on Mirror, Concreat at Toilet door hangers fron Biulding in; Silicone Spots on Mirror of Bathroom; Shower window with hairs and Silicone and Fingerprints from ?????
