I stayed about 3 weeks in Aston. Every day I was pleasantly surprised again. Aston has a very good price performance ratio. Nice and clean rooms, very good breakfast.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. The team arround Angela made everything possible. Great.

It's 1:30 am at night and there is crazy party with very high volume at a high floor in hotel.

How management of this hotel would allow such parties and disturb the customers of hotel.

This is either a hotel or disco . Don't be greedy and try to have them both.

Don't ever make a mistake a book this hotel, unless you don't mind stay awake all night.

Nice Hotel with good rooms ,courtious staff with all amenities
WiFi is also good,room service nice .
Good restaurants and Sky lounge on 16th floor.
Conference facilities also available.
Breakfast is also good.

I stayed at Aston Imperial Bekasi for 3 nights in early November. It was a pleasant stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was not a five-star hotel but the friendliness and the helpfulness made up for it.

My friend was sick and the duty manage (Pak Erick) took us a hospital nearby. He walked us through the procedure of the hospital until we were seated to wait to enter the examination room. All this for no extra cost! Thank you Pak Erick.

I hope to come back when/if I visit Bekasi again.

Our team nembers for business came for different countries and stayed in Aston Bekasi for few days .We all felt at home , quality of food and room quality is excellent . Hotel Managers and staff , all are very helpful and friendly. Front desk managers are excellent and very friendly ..Special thanks to Rully for taking care of us, her hospitality and she been very helpful as floor Manager.
Mr Vishu , GM is a great guy and very dynamic and friendly .
I highly recommend this hotel for it's location , 4 great malls around and for great service with affordable price.
Look forward to be back this time for my holidays ..
