Great place for family..... Good location and food. Great staffs . ....Housekeeping service waw excellent.....rooms had great view and was maintained well.... Room was spacious and all facilities.microwave oven was there and it was of great help

I came from Korea for a trip
I stayed at this hotel for three days.
The bali hotel's air conditioner was not cool, but this hotel the air conditioner was very cool so I was very satisfied
And the staff were all kind, I needed to print out the documents because I was traveling.
I was able to finish the work well thanks to Sila's active help.
Next time I come to Surabaya, I will come again

Good hospitality during stay at this hotel, all staff were helpfull and friendly with customers. Good attitude and good service from Ms. Yana at the lobby level. Nice person. The room was good and also big.

The hotel is quit old so not everything works like new . That said the service and friendly management and staff are very good. When you have a question someone always willing to help and no need to explain with hands and feet. There are issues with the smell in the room and the airco’s have issues. We changed room for that. Only the rooms on top are non smoking. Don’t take mixed smoking/non smoking floors . They snell like smoke as soon your out if the elevator. Breakfast was good, esp the local cuisine. The coffee is tasteless so make your own pizza n your room .
Again , friendly people and top location!
