Great service, room and lounge area. Ms Yana provided great service. Hotel is close to all the great hot spots in the city. Close to Tunjungan Planza, and many other great Indonesian restaurants. Highly recommend to stay here for your travels. More

Great place for family..... Good location and food. Great staffs . ....Housekeeping service waw excellent.....rooms had great view and was maintained well.... Room was spacious and all facilities.microwave oven was there and it was of great help

I came from Korea for a trip
I stayed at this hotel for three days.
The bali hotel's air conditioner was not cool, but this hotel the air conditioner was very cool so I was very satisfied
And the staff were all kind, I needed to print out the documents because I was traveling.
I was able to finish the work well thanks to Sila's active help.
Next time I come to Surabaya, I will come again

Good hospitality during stay at this hotel, all staff were helpfull and friendly with customers. Good attitude and good service from Ms. Yana at the lobby level. Nice person. The room was good and also big.
