Bathroom good

Bathroom good with warm water constantly temperatures.
Oftenly in some hotel the warm water too hot then less hot so its uncomfortable to me. This one is better.
But the room has no windows for fresh air inlet as i choose a room for smoker

Service Excellent

The rooms always comfy and clean,amenities completed. I love stay here, I just forgotten I stay arround 4 times or more in crown prince :)
I love their pool, their food also their wifi. No limit at all !
Good price on Online Travel Agent very recommended.

Staycation

Good view, relaxing vibes, excellent services. And absolutely clean and nice hotels. Near tunjungan plaza and another good place to spend the time. Will comeback soon ! Thank you crown prince surabaya

Very good stay

I like the ambiance of the bar, breakfast really are good, very comfortable stay.the place is strategic near mall and other shopping place. I would like to stay back. Thanks shelly for your assistant during my check in.

Need some improvement

Had a business trip 20-22 November 2019 and also had an event on this hotel.
It was 4 star hotel but the room and some facility looks like 3 star hotel. I got room in 11th floor.
Breakfast served on 3rd floor, taste standard.
Overall while it was standard experience, all staff was very nice and helpful.
Plus point, this hotel located at CBD area, so it was near anywhere for doing business in Surabaya.
